G.URL is a passion project I mostly run on my own. I create the art, I edit the magazine, I write the majority of what ends up here — I even built this little website you’re on. I do have a small handful of lovely people who contribute pieces now and then, but the day-to-day is very much a one-woman thing.

When I started G.URL, I wasn’t trying to fill a gap or chase a trend — I just wanted to make something I wished already existed. I grew up loving games, but rarely saw spaces that reflected the way I played, dressed, or connected with people online.

G.URL became my way of bringing those influences together — gaming, fashion, internet culture, design — into one playful, loud, thoughtful corner of the internet. It isn’t about declaring what’s “real” or “valid” in gaming; it’s about letting conversations be as layered, stylish, and messy as the people having them.
